Staying active is so important to optimizing our health!
I’ll be posting some of my fave videos and links that help me personally to stay active, have fun, and build a strong bod! May these inspire you to keep moving.
One of my fave things to do is rebound using my Needak Rebounder, about 20 minutes or more a day! On the rebounder, I jog in place, do jumping jacks w/wrist weights which builds the arms, do the Russian Kick (good for the abs), plus a variety of other moves (see the 1st video).
In addition, I enjoy Sun Salutations, resistance /strength training, power walking, ZUMBA, snowboarding, rowing, cross country skiing, water sports, etc.
