  2. Hi Celeste
You look great. I’m hoping to go raw someday. How do you do this with kids though? Is your family eating raw as well? Take care. Marcy pelkey

    • Hi Marcy,
Great to hear from you! I thought I replied to you on this comment but I’m not seeing the reply so here goes.
My family does not eat raw but I’ve been eating this way since March 2010 and I’ve experienced many personal benefits from it–all of which some are listed here: http://rawkinraw.wordpress.com/rawkin-food-lifestyle-faqs/. It’s certainly a roadless traveled but I find support in local raw food potlucks and seek out other health conscious peeps. “Be the change you wish to see in the world”.–Gandhi

  11. Celeste,

I am thrilled to learn about your healthy eating lifestyle and want to share my story with you. Take a look at my latest blog post, “Lipreading Mom Can’t Have Her Cake and Eat It Too” at http://LipreadingMom.com. I just completed my first 40 days of eating vegan…and am wanting to make this a permanent change. Like you, I have children and a husband who still enjoy their milk, cheese, and beef. Perhaps we can be the light they need with a McDonald’s on every other corner. :) Let’s swap vegan recipes!

  12. Hi Celeste
I was just wondering if you do a hard copy of your ebook, Go fruit yourself? I really prefer to read books rather then on computers and having lost all the information on 2 computers and a portable hard drive I really don’t feel downloads are of value for me…
By the way…you are very inspiring
    cheers
    Nicci :)

    • Hi Nicci,
      Thanks for the kind words.
No, Freelee’s book is only an e-book at this time. I understand you prefer books over reading them on the computer. When I downloaded her book, I read it all right away (easy read) and took notes. She provides recipes and meal plans, as well as tips to succeed on a LFRV diet. Even after having been doing the diet for some time, I still got a lot from reading it. In my opinion, the ONLy and best LFRV book out there. I had a pen and notebook by my computer when I read it. She even writes about her failures so it’s great for all to learn from her mistakes that she’s experienced on her journey.
      Peace & Strawberries,
      Celeste
